  11. If I add an ingredient, does it become part of the full dataset?
    Ingredients added by your company remain in your private dataset and are not automatically included in the global dataset.

  12. Why might PFF calculate a higher cost than my CMO?
    PFF uses base pricing for ingredients, which may differ from your negotiated prices with suppliers or CMOs, typically within a 1-3% variance.

  13. Why does PFF use base pricing?
    Base pricing provides a quick estimation reference for users. You can manually update pricing in your private dataset to reflect your agreements.

  14. How do I get my ingredients into PFF's database as a Supplier?

    Yes, you can add preferred suppliers through the supplier portal. Any suppliers you add will be visible only to your organization.

    No, all your work in PFF is visible only to your organization, ensuring complete data separation.
